The ease

Today I was thinking about running. Gearing up for a bike ride. Looking at an old photo I have framed of me running. A photo I chose because it summed up the experience for me. The 25 years of my soulmate movement pattern. 

Its a photo of ease and joy. 

Running wasn't easy, thats why I liked it. But it carried a lot of ease. After a few years my body just knew the motion so well it could just go. It could fly. 

Sometimes people have soulmate pets, or spouse, or lands. You stumble upon something that just fits like a glove. It is a completion of a deep searching you didn't know you were on.
